Before the Awakening

Shaolin Kung Fu Student:

At the age of three, Alexis was introduced to Shaolin Kung Fu in Athens, where he began cultivating discipline, focus, and presence — and was first guided into meditation, laying the foundations for his lifelong inner and physical practice.

Fortune 500 Consultant :

Alexis graduated from an Engineering School in London and completed a Master’s degree in Operations Management before joining General Electric’s Operations Leadership Program. Over the next decade, he worked internationally with GE, leading large-scale transformation initiatives. He later completed an Executive MBA in London and went on to spend 15 years in the finance sector, advising and leading change within complex global organizations.

The Awakening

Nirvikalpa Samadhi

A rare spiritual awakening near the London Eye profoundly shifted Alexis’ sense of presence and perception of life. Through this experience, he embodied the truth that mind, body, and spirit are not separate — they are one — and that the force connecting all things is love.

A deep inner curiosity to understand what he intuitively knew — before he could explain it — led Alexis to formal training and embodiment practices. He became a certified teacher of Yoga (Yoga Alliance), Meditation (Osho), Qi Gong (Lee Holden), and a qualified Personal Trainer (CIMSPA), integrating movement, breath, awareness, and neuroscience into a holistic approach to transformation.

After years of studying Tony Robbins’ work, Alexis felt called to deepen his understanding of human behavior, emotional mastery, and sustainable change. He completed the Tony Robbins–Madanes Life Coach Training, integrating high-performance coaching frameworks with presence-based and embodied practices.

International Speaker

Alexis was invited in 2025 to speak at the University of Cambridge on the impact of awareness and decisive action. He later delivered a TEDx talk in Austria on One Second to Wake Up and was invited to Mindvalley University in Amsterdam to lead his Signature Mindbodism Practice, guiding participants through embodied transformation and presence.

Drawing on 24 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, an Executive MBA, and advanced training through the Tony Robbins & Dean Graziosi Mastermind Business Academy, Alexis now focuses on helping conscious leaders amplify their impact. His work supports clients in building, launching, and scaling purpose-driven businesses based on their knowledge and life experience.
